Hi Fabrizio and Nigel

I'm using dcrawlib.dll and the RAW_ExtraParams extensively, and I would really need the -D option of DCRAW to be supported. Any chance for that? Currently, it crashes every time I attempt to use it.

Hi Uwe

I'm afraid Fabrizio is very focused on the 64bit development at this stage. I will suggest this to him for a later update.
