Specifies the alignment of the text label.

Note:
◼iejJustify is unsupported for TIELineLayer
◼If LabelPosition is ielpAbove, ielpBelow, ielpAutoAbove or ielpAutoBelow, LabelAlignment will be iejCenter

Default: iejCenter
