function IEConvertImageToSVG(const InFilename, OutFilename: string): boolean;

Description

Create an SVG file from another image file.
No conversion of the image takes place. It is embedded into the SVG file without any changes.
Result is False if the source file cannot be read. Save issues will raise an exception.
You should only use with web browser compatible image formats such as PNG, JPEG or GIF.

Note:
◼You must add the iexHelperFunctions unit to your uses clause
◼You can vectorize an image and save it to SVG using IEVectorizeImageToSVG
