Description

Enable allow ImageEn toolbar usage in DLLs.
Due to a bug in the VCL buttons with custom TActions, Toolbars do not work in DLLs.

Note: You should set EnableDLLMode before any toolbars are created. If this is not possible you will need to re-initialize the toolbar buttons, e.g. ImageEnViewToolbar1.InitializeButtons;
