Hello,
which procedure is better. The best quality generates what.

-> procedure LayersMerge(Layer0, Layer1,: ..... );
or
-> procedure RenderToTIEBitmapEx(Dest:TIEBitmap; xDst,yDst... ...Filter: TResampleFilter; RenderOperation: TIERenderOperation);
or
-> procedure MergeWithAlpha(Bitmap:TIEBitmap; DstX:integer=0; DstY:integer=0; DstWidth:integer=-1; DstHeight:integer=-1; Transparency:integer=255; ResampleFilter:TResampleFilter = rfNone; Operation:TIERenderOperation=ielNormal);

The quality is the same.
Anyway they cannot be compared because these methods have different purposes.
