This error occurs only some times and randomly but it does occur!

Whenever we have a big file loaded, with many layers and we try to save it to PSD format we get this error which occurs randomly.

When this error occurs the software developed keeps on running and working as usual but the file save is either corrupted or of 0 byte!

If we close the file in question and then open another file and save it in PSD format it gets saved.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Please help solve this problem.

TIA

Hi Nigel,

This issue is in v5.0.x.

I have not tried to trace ImageEn code as this seems to occur on our clients PC.

The configuration of our client's PC is Core i5 with 8 GM RAM and Win 7 64Bit with 1 TB HDD (out of which more than half is empty).

TIA

Hi Yogi

Is this in v5.1.1? Have you tried tracing into the ImageEn source to see where it is failing? If it is inconsistent then it may be a memory issue...
