Maybe this is obvious, but, I can't seem to comprehend.

Is it possible during the OCR process to capture the rectangle coordinates of each word's source location within the page image?

I'd like to be able to store this to a table and allow a user to locate that exact spot for a single word or even a phrase within the source page image and translate that to a location within that page for the source PDF page.

TIA for any hints.

John

I'm afraid there is not a function for that.

Nigel,

Thanks. This helps tremendously.
Question though...If I want to limit the function to find only a certain string, not just any recognizable text, is this the right approach?
TIA
John
