Nigel,

Do you think it would be a good idea to add a Modified property to TIEBitmap or should we use TIEBitmap.VCLBitmap.Modified? I am wondering this because if LegacyBitmap is False I do not think you can access the TIEBitmap.Modified property.

Yes, this is something I investigated in the past, but did not proceed (I can't remember why). I'll check it again.
