Know the name of the layer, ImageEnVect1 Layer of the serial number?

if ImageEnVect1.Layers[i].Name='L1' then

Layers do not have an ID. Please explain your question better. Perhaps you mean ObjID?

function GetObjFromID(oID: integer): integer;

Description

GetObjFromID finds first object with the specified ID.
IDs are stored in ObjID.
The returned value is the handle of the object.
