I would like the text: "Demo Program" to appear diagonally on a ImageEnVect1. How can this be done? Thanks...

Set the text angle with TImageEnVect.ObjFontAngle:
ImageEn, unit ievect

TImageEnVect.ObjFontAngle

Declaration
property ObjFontAngle[hobj: integer]: double;

Description
ObjFontAngle is the rotation angle of iekTEXT object hobj. The angle is in degrees (positive values rotate counter clockwise).

hobj is the ID of the object. You can also specify IEV_NEXT_INSERTED_OBJECT (-1) which refers to the next object to be inserted or IEV_PREVIOUS_INSERTED_OBJECT (-2) for the last object inserted.
