On January 6th, 2017 we purchased the version 6.3.2C of ImageEn for Delphi.

We are encountering a problem while wanting to duplex scan via TWAIN.
Regularly it works but one of our customers has a problem with it.
Testing with your demo „AllAcquire“ exe file downloaded from your homepage, the result on the customers side is correct (duplex scan works),
but if we are compiling the „AllAcquire“ Project by ourselves the duplex scan doesn’t work (the purchase of ImageEn mentioned above included the „AllAcquire“ demo as source code). In our regular software, it is not working either.
Currently, we are using Delphi 10.1 Berlin Update 2.

We are assuming compiler issues regarding this problem.

Which Delphi compiler version did you use to create the „AllAcquire“ demo exe file on your homepage?
Could there maybe be any compiling options which might be responsible for this behaviour?

Hi

The demos on our web page are compiled with Delphi 2007 to keep them small. If you want to try it compiled with the latest source (2007 and Berlin versions), please email me.
