zerob	Posted - Jan 16 2019 : 06:33:14 If i rotate an ImageLayer on a ImageEnView with a mouse and after that try to resize it with the mouse and grab the handles, the Layer jumps around and resizes in strange ways instead of the way i pull it with my mouse.

In fact to fix it completely (i.e. operating as well as a non-rotated image layer) will be quite complete due to the affected code.
