Posted - May 21 2019 : 11:34:44 Has anyone used ImageEN to scan though Citrix? The scanner is connected locally via USB (twain drivers).
Everything works fine when the application is run locally. However if the application is run through a Citrix connection, scanners could not be detected
Current Citrix attempts results in an error with SelectAcquireSource: "No acquisition devices could be located on your computer"
Additional note Previous versions using non-ImageEN Twain components are able to detect scanners. This issue is specific to when ImageEN is used. |

Please test using an app that is on the system (not using older Twain component), e.g. the Windows scanning app.

Posted - May 24 2019 : 14:12:29 There are 2 versions of the application hosted in the same Citrix location and setup. One with the ImageEN components, and one with older DelphiTwain interface. The DelphiTwain interface does detect the scanner, the ImageEN does not.

You say the issue is specific to ImageEn, but can you test the current system with another scanner program?
Also, please try generating a log file:
