ImageEnView.Layers[0].FillColor := clWhite;
ImageEnView.Layers[0].FillColor2 := clWhite;
ImageEnView.Layers[0].Bitmap.Crop(0, 0, w_original+25, h_original+25)

The result is the same.
Black stripes on the right and bottom (25 pixels wide)
