The demo \Demos\LayerEditing\DragDropLayers is a very nice demo. However, I have a question about it:

Does TImageEnView support (MAGNETIC) GUIDELINES, so I could show a guideline when I move a shape which has the same left/top/right/bottom/middle position as any other shape? (It would be very nice if such a guidelines mechanism for working with multiple movable shapes on a ImageEnView was built-in!) (In the same way, as guidelines are shown in the Delphi Form Designer when moving controls with the mouse).

Hi Peter

Layer grouping only affects the user's experience. I.e. grouped layers will all become selected together.

From a programming perspective, you can iterate through all selected (e.g. selected because they are in the same group) layers to update properties (or use the a method that supports an "All Selected" parameter (which most do).

BTW, is it possible to GROUP layers and have common properties? I.e., to move a group of layers together as as if they were one single object? That would also be really cool!

Yes, that would be cool. I'll look at that for a future version.
