Posted - Feb 04 2021 : 06:09:03 Hello,
I just download the latest version if IEVision as per the link provided in the official email.
But after installing it I found that the DLL of IEVision is 5.4.0.0.
So when I try to run my software it complains that the required DLL 5.4.1.0 is missing.
What to do?
TIA

That was a bug in some recent installers. 5.4.1B correctly installs to sub-folders, not root.

Posted - Feb 07 2021 : 23:35:19 But, on one system where I installed IE and IEVision for the first time on a clean system. Here IEVision installation did not install the DLLs in said folders but in IEVisions root folder.
Just curious to understand this.
TIA

Yes, there are now three folders containing IEVision variants. Please see:

Posted - Feb 06 2021 : 07:01:55 Ok solved!
For some unknown reasons IEVision installed the new version DLL files in following folders:
Binaries Binaries-OpenMP-32 Binaries-OpenMP-64
On my PC.
Thanks.

Posted - Feb 05 2021 : 20:59:07 That installer looks correct. Open the folder with the application that reports a version error. Right click ievision.dll and choose Properties.
What is the version reported under the Details tab?
If it is not v5.4.1.0, copy an updated DLL from the IEVision install folder.
