 How to reset Actions when the image in TImageEnView is cleared?

The initial Status of Paint Actions (i.e. menu items controlled by these Actions) like e.g. BrushTool is Disabled.
Then, when I load an image in ImageEnView, they automatically become Enabled.
However, when I execute the Action "Blank", the Status of those Actions is not reset.
So how can I reset the Status of those Actions, so they become Disabled again after Blank?
