I looked at the FillTool demo.
These are the lines in the demo that interest me:

I want to imitate the demo programmatically to do the following:
1. Select a region of an image
2. Fill (replace) with a color at a specific pixel in the region similar to using the demo when I click on a pixel in the image.
My reasoning is to do it in batch to many images.
