I've tried the PDF Annotations Demo. It has a few buttons to create Annotations. But how can I move and resize the annotations with the mouse?
And is it possible to FLATTEN the Annotations (i.e., bake them into the PDF)? |

What do you mean by the latest demo? I have just installed ImageEn 13.5.0. |

The latest demo supports mouse resizing and moving with the mouse.
Merging is not really relevant for PDF files, because the PDF page is not a bitmap it is a container, so at best you could convert the annotations to objects, but PDFium does not support that.
