On TImageEnView, pressing CTRL+V loads the image FILE from the clipboard. |

I believe that from the common user's point of view, it is entirely natural to paste an image file he has previously copied to the clipboard. Only we developers make that distinction. |

I'm sorry it's hard to imagine a use case for that. I'm not aware of any application that supports that functionality (other than Windows Explorer). Conversely, dragging and dropping is just as easy and well known behavior of Windows users.
