hi, i wanna know if ImageEn support full Dicom files 2D 3D...?

ImageEn supports the baseline of DICOM PS 3.1-2007 (and other non-standard specific formats) for "raster" images. No support for vectorial or 3D images.
It supports following compression formats for DICOM: lossy-jpeg, lossy-jpeg2000, lossless-jpeg, RLE and no-compression. 8 up to 16 bits per channel.

At the moment ImageEn can only read DICOM. Writing will be available soon.
