How can I make sending stream video from web camera.

and

Could I develop vidio chat usin Video Library.

But I don't know, how to sent it through internet and show in vlc (or any video player)?

Just video and no audio? If so, I may have a source from one i wrote last year
for the fun of it in XE4 playing around. But that was using the XE4 camera
support, but assume grabbing the frame and sending it on and stuff
shouldn't be a problem to change.
