Hello,

I am trying to use the newer ImageMagick.dll which has supposed support for read/write of PDFs (with GhostScript installed). Where on Xequte's website can I find this DLL? I am a registered owner of both ImageEN and IEvolution but only have a version circa late 2005.

Thanks
Mike

Wesley,

Thanks for the link. I have been on this link before, but tried to go with option #1, which probably won't work for me as I have an older version of IEvolution (3.0.5). This is the code that I'm using now:

int result=0;

result = HiComponents.IEvolution.IEImage.AddExtIOPlugin(@"imagemagick.dll");

I do not see how I can go with option #2:

TIEMiscPluginsImageMagick.RegisterPlugin(); (or IEAutoLoadIOPlugins)

I do not see either of these methods exposed. This must be something new since 3.0.5 of IEvolution, right?

Is there a demo version of IEvolution/ImageEn that I can use to test the new functionality or do I need to update my license/subscription?

Hello Friend.

I think you'll have to upgrade yes.

http://www.imageen.com/info/ievhistory.html # 4.4.0

I believe that this option is available only starting from this version
iEvolution 4.4.0

I think the best nigel answer this question.

Thank you.

Hi

Wesley is correct. You need IEvolution v4.4.0, so you will need to update your subscription to support it.
