D2009: [DCC Fatal Error] iewords.pas(35): F2051 Unit iemview was compiled with a different version of iexShellThumbnails.UseThumbnailFromExplorer

XE3: [dcc32 Fatal Error] iexShellThumbnails.pas(301): F2051 Unit iemview was compiled with a different version of iexShellThumbnails.UseThumbnailFromExplorer

Any suggestions? Uninstall component, delete directories and try again? Not keen on that idea.

You have multiple versions on your hard drive. Delete all ImageEn files and reinstall.
