The new Portable Devices API Support works well with Nikon Devices, in my case specifically with the Nikon P520 High zoom camera.

Images and videos can be acquired from connected Nikon using the Portable Devices API (WPD) Demo. No problems found with Nikon.

Congratulations ImageEn!

Hello

Delphi 10.1 Berlin - Windows 10

I have tried to compile the Portable Devices demo and I receive the following compiler error.

[dcc32 Error] uMain.pas(300): E2003 Undeclared identifier: 'EnumDeviceProperties'

Suggestions?

TIA

John

Hi John

EnumDeviceProperties() is a debug method only, so you need to recompile the ImageEn source to use it. You should just need to add the ImageEn source folder to your Delphi Library path.

Hello,
I am getting an access violation when using the method:
GetObjectAdvancedProps
on root folders.
See also screenshot of the demo project.
(ie 6.2.2)

Thanks,
Francesco

Hi Francescop

Please email me for the latest source. I cannot reproduce this in v6.3.1 Beta.
