I set the background layer Selectable of a imported PSD to not selectable,
so it can't be moved/resized,
but after this, i can't manipulate this layer anymore...

Setting a layer to

ImageEnView1.Layers[n].Selectable := False;

makes it immune to all processing, as

ImageEnView1.LayersCurrent := n;

won't work anymore.
So

ImageEnView1.Proc.Resample(w,-1,TResampleFilter.rfLanczos3,True);

doesn't change anything.

ChangeResolution(300,rfNone); also does not resample the whole image and all layers as expected and also won't work with the above "selectable := False".

I do not believe it is a bug. It is the way ImageEn was developed. When you are processing with layers only the current layer is processed. If you want the same procedure to be applied to all layers then you have to loop through the layers, set the current layer and run the procedure on the layer.

Actually these are two distinct things.
The first Selectable / LayersCurrent / Resample case is a bug where "Selectable" disables processing for this layer as it can't be set to LayersCurrent. So my Resample( isn't working.

The second case with ChangeResolution is also a bug, as it only resamples the background layer and neither all layers nor the one selected with LayersCurrent. So i think it was intended for images without layers.

Hi

1. That is correct. You cannot set LayersCurrent for a layer that is not selectable (i.e. cannot be "current"). You would need to make it selectable before setting LayersCurrent.

2. Yes, it does not consider layers. I will fix for the next release.
