ImageEn v6.2.0: The package DPKIEDB11.bpl doesn't compile with Delphi2007 because of the DesignEditors problems.

This can occur because you have multiple imageen files on your hard drive or because the path to imageen files is broken in the IDE. Try searching for duplicate files and check the IDE path.
