How can I find which dcraw version is included with ielib32.dll and ielib64.dll? I found in the help docs (.chm) that IEVision 3.0.3 includes dcraw 1.476 (9.26) under "IEVision What's New," but I can't find the same information for ielib*.dll.

It is the same. IELib is built at the same time as IEVision.
