What is the difference between imageenmview1.mio.loadfromfile and imageenmview1.loadfromfile?

There is no ImageEnMView1.LoadFromFile so I do not see how there can be a difference. There is only a ImageEnMView1.LoadFromFileOnDemand. See the help file.
