... For example, I only need to be able to work with TIFF files (annotate, change resolution, etc). I'm not willing to pay $400 for a product that 90% of the feature I will never use, but I will happily pay $50 for just the TIFF handling part of the code.

Unfortunately it would be too difficult to break down ImageEn into numerous small sales packages, but you can purchase ImageEn Lite for $249.50.
