Hi,
i tried scanning with our OKI MFC873.

The problem seems to me only while scanning monochrome. When i try to scan with the AllAcquire-Demo i can't do a monochrome Scan when the dpi is <300. I enabled Feeder and Auto-Feed and disabled "Show Acquisition Dialog". Sometimes the application freeze or an Access Violation is shown.

When i scan Full color DPI <300 works.

Have anybody a idear what the reason can be? May be it is an error in the twain-driver from OKI. When we try scanning Monochrome 150 DPI with the OKI-Scansoftware delivered with the MFC it works.

Thanks
Ralf

Hi Ralf

Are you using Twain or WIA? If Twain, try using the Twain scanning app and see if you get the same result. If so, you can enable logging to generate a log file.
