When I open certain Tif files in your TImageEnView, I am getting some grainy thumbnail images.

I have StoreType set to ietNormal.

Attached are two tif file. One has clear thumbs and one has grainy thumbs.

Can you tell me if there is anyway to get the bad file looking better when viewing its thumbs.

You should post a screenshot of what you are seeing.

I suspect you have not set the smoothing filter:
