Hi

Support for Delphi 10.3 Rio was added in version 8.12 of ImageEn.

What is your difficulty? What kind of error did you get?

Do you use installer or install manually through packages in the IDE?

Please provide more details to get help.

Kind regards.

Hello Wesley!
My version is ImageEn_SRC_7.0.0_31368.
I did not upgrade to the 8.0 version yet.
Is it possible to install version 7 on Delphi Rio?

Hi JCC

I believe it is possible YES, but the only person who can answer you correctly is Nigel.

Did you try to install? What error messages did you receive?

It is important that you post the error messages so that we can assist you.

If the installer does not work, try to install it manually through packages in the Delphi IDE.

Kind regards.

Hi

Yes, 7.0.0 can be installed in Rio if you create new packages and update ie.inc.

However there are few compatibility issues. The main one is a compiler issue in Rio that prevents the packages from being built. For that you need to remove the code from two methods in iexTransitions.pas (you will see which methods when you try to compile).

Of course, this means you need to avoid use of transitions or redirect the code to a different transition.
