I use ImageEnView.MouseInteract := [miRotateTool];

but the rotation is not smooth. it is choppy to rotate. Any advice on what to do to fix that ?

Please try changing the anti-alias properties of RotateTool:

it says:
To improve performance, anti-aliasing will be delayed until rotation completes if UseAntialiasOnPreview is true.

I had it set to false. I will see if it improves the rotation. Thanks

I think the statement above from the help is incorrect. It should say false.
