Please,
how to block selection so
to only change the height and width automatically, centered.
So that the image has the same proportions.

Only green or blue in the image is allowed.
Red crosses must be prohibited.

I've already found the feature I need:
LayersResizeAspectRatio := iearLayerDefaultOnCornerGrip;
