I know there is a demo project(Dicom.dproj) in the samples, but I can't convert it into c++ Builder. Because TIOParamsHelper is a class helper for TIOParams, it It has no corresponding syntax in C + + Builder.So how to get DICOM Tag descriptions and value in c++ Builder#65311;Thanks a lot.

Hi

Please take a look at the iexMetaHelpers unit. You will see it is relatively simple to convert them from helper methods.
