I am loading a huge photoshop files with a lot of layers. I am using the layers_Alltype demo and if i try to add a shape, image or line, i get an out of memory error as soon as i click the add button.
Is there a setting i should turn on maybe to avoid that ? Thanks Pierre
Hi Nigel, the file is 473MB and 11 layers. I turned on the layer caching before i loaded the image, and i get the same behavior. Running windows 10 with 16 gb of ram. I tried to merge all and i get the out of memory error too. Pierre
Nigel, this image i am working on is copyrighted. I can try to create a similar file with layers and size that match with something else or you can try to create one too. The file has 11 layers and is a 473 MB psd file.
Yep, it may have to do with the number of layers or the kind of layers inside. I will try to create a similar file with another picture and if it triggers the error, i will try to share it with you.
