If you load a PDF file, e.g. using ImageEnView1.IO.LoadFromFilePDF(filename); and receive the error:

A required library file (iepdf32.dll) was not found
A required library file (iepdf64.dll) was not found

You need to download the PDF plug-in from:

http://www.imageen.com/download/

And unzip it to your EXE folder
