To select all colors inside a range of colors there is this method:

TImageEnView.SelectColors

Is there a built-in UI to select a range of colors VISUALLY, so I can use that range with the SelectColors method? I imagine something like a COLOR RANGE TRACKBAR.

I have an idea: The Palette demo:
\Demos\ImageAnalysis\Palette
...has the ability to extract all colors from an image (or from a selection?) to a Color Palette:

1. Is it possible to sort the Palette by similar colors and then select a RANGE of adjacent (i.e. similar) colors and then process these colors in the image? (E.g. transforming their color or luminosity, etc.).

UPDATE: The documentation says:
"TIEColorPalette displays a color palette and allows selection of a specific color."
So is it possible to select only ONE single color in the Palette? Why this restriction? Please implement a property MULTISELECT in TIEColorPalette!

Hi Peter

We'll consider that for a future version.
