Hello,

I'm having a problem with OCR on some computers with Windows 10... after selecting the area and ordering the image text, the following message appears:

"An error was encountered processing this image: External exception C000001"

Is this bug known to the community? I've never come across it and I've been using OCR for a long time. but some machines on one of my clients the error persists.

Thanks

This can happen with some images if Tesseract fails during the processing (e.g. when the resolution is too low). If you can forward us the images, we can test on our side.

Hello,

I have noticed this problem happening more frequently in some customers. Yesterday I was reported an error similar to this one, and it was working perfectly and from one hour to the next it stopped.

the error now displayed has a different code, with the letter D at the end.

"An error was encountered processing this image: External exception C000001D"

Hi

Is it a memory or resources issue then? Did the user check the application memory usage in Task Manager? Did it resolve on restarting?

Hi

Is there anything particularly different about that user's machine? (its spec or Windows version, for e.g.)
