Hi,
I would like to suggest a new feature, the ability to define new custom layers with owner drawing event. This would help for tasks such as this one: https://www.imageen.com/ieforum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3660

Hi

This is supported with the existing paint events. Try the custom layer painting demo:
