Why is transparency lost when saving to PSD format (background turns white)?

I tested this in the latest version 13.0.0 and it still doesn't work. Transparency remains if you convert to PNG, for example, but disappears when converting to PSD.

I cannot reproduce that using:

  ImageEnView1.IO.LoadFromFile( 'D:\Alpha.png' );
  ImageEnView1.IO.SaveToFile( 'D:\Alpha.psd' );


attach/xequte/202436191736_Alpha.psd

Please forward me your test files.
