Hi

i have a problem to open TIF images with jpeg in WINDOWS 64bit Delphi 11 with imageEN 13 (last version): preview and LoadImage functions return a black image (see 64bit image in attachment)


Using WINDOWS 32Bit the preview is good and all functions handle the TIFF images with jpeg correctly
