I have a TImageEnMView which has a lost of image. I want my application not to react if user clicked on a blank space. Is there such function existing?

I'm sorry, there is not an option that prevents that. What behavior are you looking to suppress?

Do you want to prevent the deselection of a Layer, if a user clicks on the empty background, or do you want it to not select a layer if a user clicks into a transparent area of a layer?
What do you mean with "react"?
