IEImage supports multiple layers, allowing the creation of a single image from multiple source images (which can be resized, rotated, moved, etc).
IEImageLayer is a descendent of IELayer which contains an image.

Rotate | Specifies the layer rotation angle in degrees. It is not allowed Rotation and Resize in the same time.
