I've improved the error message, though I'm not how the user managed to have a Windows 7 system without it.

Posted - Apr 05 2017 : 00:41:37 Hi Nigel, at the moment i have disabled the GDI. What i'm looking for is a Update/Hotfix from Microsoft witch solve the problem. Have you got any link or information how we can Install/Update or Hotfix the GDI? At the moment i now 2 Systems where the problem is with Win7 and WinXP. First i thought only the old Win XP have the problem. But by the same Customer also a Win 7 have the problem.
Can you change the errortext? It is very technical and also only available in english. Maybe a Text like "GDI+ is not installed on your System" is better for customers. I also had to search in the source to find the reason for the Exception. Thanks Ralf |

The exception means that GDI+ is not available. You can disable GDI+ in ImageEn settings:
https://www.imageen.com/help/TIEImageEnGlobalSettings.UseGDIPlus.html
But GDI+ should be available on all Windows machines, so ImageEn uses it extensively for performance. In some situations, it may be required, even if disabled in settings.

Posted - Apr 04 2017 : 02:37:37 Hi Nigel, by the same Customer we have the problem also at a Win7 machine. I thought maybe on Win XP it can be a missing GDI+ Hotfix. But at the Win7 i didn't think that there is a Hotfix. Thanks.
