ImageEnVect: I have a image in layer 0.

Layer 1 contains a 32-bit png image with black text and is transparent via the alpha channel and stretched to fit the image over layer 0.

When I print the image it is entirely black:

Printer.BeginDoc;
ImageEnVect1.IO.PrintImagePos(Printer.Canvas, 0, 0, 8, 11);
Printer.EndDoc;

Is there a way to print both images as shown on the monitor without merging the layers so the image prints correctly?

I can not merge the two layers because layer 1 is stretched, but layer 0 is not stretched.

If I merge the layers, layer 1 becomes distorted and contains unreadable text.

Please advise

Hi Andy

Have you tried printing as follows:

    with TImageEnView.Create(nil) do
    begin
      IEBitmap.Assign(ImageEnVect1.IEBitmap);
      ImageEnVect1.DrawObjectsToBitmap(IEBitmap);
      IO.PrintImage(Printer.Canvas, 0, 0, 0, 0, ievpCenter, iehpCenter, iesNormal);
      Free();
    end;
