Hi

What version are you using? Can you upload the file somewhere for me to test?

I tested loading your image and it loaded with no memory problem. The app was 64-bit ImageEn project with a TImageEnMView and a TImageEnView on Windows 8.1 with a Dell PC with 24 Meg of Ram It took much longer to load than the usual digital camera jpg files but it did load and did not cause a memory problem.

Loading an image of this size is probably only possible with 64-bit so the maximum amount of ram becomes available to hold the image. Nigel will probably provide additional comments.

I tested your image on a Win 8.1 64bit machine (Intel i7 Quad-Core 3.6 GHz, 16 GB RAM), using a 32bit (!!!) program that utilizes the latest version of ImageEn. No problems whatsoever. The application is sitting on an SSD and loaded the file in 2.07 secs.

Hi

Thanks for everyone's testing.

I was able to reproduce it in certain circumstances. We will investigate.

Hi

We have an update available to fix this. You can email for a pre-release if you like.
