We have just released v6.2.0 for ImageEn, which includes support for RAD Studio 10 Seattle.
6.2.0 is a free update if you purchased a license or extension after 11 Sept 2014. You can request the download from:

Many improvements to memory handling, particularly with TImageEnMView
10. Simpler DLL Dependencies
ImageEn now only requires one DLL (optional for 32bit) to handle RAW formats, 64bit and IEVision features
