ImageEnMIOScan->TwainParams->AutoDeskew = true;
ImageEnMIOScan->Acquire();

Should this command work with all scanners?
What scanners have this feature?

Hi

No, it is only a feature of some scanners. You would need to consult the documentation for the scanner.
